By using bold, curved shapes, we emphasise BRK Ujima’s unapologetic approach, creating a visual language that reflects their commitment to doing things differently.
These dynamic shapes embody the spirit of Ujima—collective work and responsibility—sending a message that is powerful, professional, and unafraid to challenge norms. The design also nods to the three founders, integrating the symbolism of the three dots in a sophisticated, understated way. To reinforce a commitment to real change, we’ve added an “annotated” feel across the site, with keywords circled and impactful phrases highlighted, showing that the commitment to change is an ongoing journey. Dynamic banners and call-to-actions make it clear: this is a space for those ready to do the work, not just tick a box.
